Dr. DiCapua founded Wells Family Practice in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1983 and a Master of Science degree in 1984 from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. He completed his medical education in 1988 at the University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, and a Family Medicine residency in 1991 at Brighton Medical Center in Portland, Maine. Dr DiCapua is board certified in family medicine.

Dr. DiCapua resides in Wells with his wife and two children and enjoys, travel, exercise, and Italian cuisine.

Dr. Cote joined Wells Family Practice in 2002. Dr. Cote received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He completed his medical education in 1999 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Family Medicine Residency in 2002 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine. Dr Cote is board certified in family medicine.

Dr. Cote resides in Wells with his wife and two children and enjoys Travel, landscaping and wood working.

Dr. Tremblay joined Wells Family Practice in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1997 from Boston College, Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Tremblay completed her medical education in 2004 at the University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, and a Family Medicine Residency in 2007 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine. Dr Tremblay is board certified in family medicine.

Dr. Tremblay resides in Kennebunk with her husband and two children and enjoys reading, travel and being a mom.
